If you are seeing a caution sign on the network icon, it means that you have lost network connection.

For wired Connection:

• First, check to make sure that you have a network connection by checking the network cable is plugged in ( the cable that is plugged in the computer and network port)
• Reboot CPU/Laptop
• Contact Helpdesk for further assistance/advise if above fails.

For wireless network connection:

• First, check to make sure that you have a network connection clicking on the wireless icon( it will tell you if you are connected).
• Reboot CPU/Laptop
• Contact Helpdesk for further assistance/advise if above fails.
